Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This page is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CCPA/CPRA"), and equivalent rights under the privacy laws of other U.S. states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Iowa, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, and others).

Our current status. Silicon Valley Trust (Lexplique LLC) does not sell personal information, and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not engage in targeted advertising, do not run advertising trackers on our website, and do not use third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

There is therefore no current sale or sharing for you to opt out of. If our practices ever change, we will provide notice at least 12 months before any sale or sharing and will update this page accordingly.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days as required by Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.130. We will comply with your request within 15 business days from receipt of your opt-out (CCPA Regs. § 7026), or sooner where possible.
